Any thoughts on this? I think 2.24 for the Saints is great given their recent form and the fact that Reading are crap. Although it may be close enough i really fancy the saints to get the win. thoughts?

thank you! How can anyone rely on a side who beat L'pool, ManC, and Chelsea interspersed with losing to QPR, N'castle, drawing with Norwich? They may well win, but I make them a 7/4 chance. |

Reading wont be able to handle the saints high pressing game. was expecting saints to be 2.4 but i still think they 2 goals better than reading.

I rate Saints about half a goal better, but the home advantage to Reading
almost brings them together; at 2.24 I would rather be a layer than a backer. |

It is not that Saints play well against the top sides and struggle against the crap, rather that we do well against teams who have a go rather than sit back. As Reading have to have a go AND are crap, this could be a mauling. Please note the word could.....

As I said before is hard to make positive results when you allow 61 goals in 31 rounds and for sure one more time Reading will not be able to keep their sheet clean and once more I expect to see at least 3 goals.
The line was passed in 9 from last 10 rounds by Reading and in 8 from last 10 rounds by Southampton. Plus the guests scored 3 goals to Liverpool. 3 goals to Manchester City and 2 goals to Chelsea and all these in the recent period so why not to score against today opponent also. Home side might have the last chance to hope not to be relegated today so I expect from them to force for the 3 points. |
