this happens at catania , try to match 1.01 2.2k at u4.5 and a goal comes , onlyy one second suspend , ffs now 3-0

Why must they suspend for 8 secs? There is an 8 sec delay for submittig stakes and are stakes not cleared after a goal unless you have pressed "keep in play"?

what are you talking? i bet when a goal comes , the delay start to count but the suspend was only one sec for the goal. and the bet was matched after the goal

What do you mean alex, I think we don't understand what you mean.
You mean that AFTER a goal, the don't keep the suspend on for long enough?? I certainly think they should keep the suspend on for a minimum fixed time after a goal, e.g. 15 secs or something, to prevent "accidents" e.g. seeing slightly old odds and betting on them. |

Well if it IS that there was a goal and they unsuspended too quickly then yes it's very VERY annoying, it's happened to me and I've complained about it before on here. If you're not actively watching the match, you can place a bet on say 1-0 and it's already 2-0 but because betfair did some ****ing stupid really short off/on suspend then you end up matching a whole lot of useless 1000-1, because you never seen the suspend and odds hadn't updated.
It's a VERY bad idea for betfair to do this unless they want to drive away customers from betting inplay. |

yes someone should email them and complain, i cant do this. its so obvious that betfair mus close and clear the markets for 10 secs

I understand what do you want to say
I bet on correct score and it has happened to me that i have a bet to back when i click the bet is exactly 1 second or less after the goal but the market refreshes inmediately and i make a back bet on a selection that is already not possible. I can not see the goal and not make the bet because the streams is delayed so i notice the goal late. So i say the should have at least a market suspension equal to the bet delay. |

Totally agree.
Don't think Betfair realise how big an issue this is for football in running betting. |

I have the same situation, I wrote on the local Betfair Service and they replied to me:
Inspection shows that the market was properly stopped, your bet is matched after scoring the goal. The goal was scored in 17:29:21, while your bet is made at 17:29:34 PM (Google Translate) |
