Got some info on the Glentoran game where 2 key players were injured during warm up. Tried to lay and the site crashed FFS.
Bangs head man needed. HT it 0-0 but this was a key bit of info that only a few would have known about. +EV. |

This has already happened before on a saturday not so long ago, i am unable to trade my positions and you have cost punters the opportunity to place bets or amend their bets. No problem with other firms it is bordering on the ridiculous that you can do this to people's finances. i have no problem losing but not happy when the company has caused my lost. You seriously need to get your act together and **** looks a much better option

its understandable when websites crash, what isn't understandable is placing a bet with hard earned cash and Betfair causing you to lose that with no chance of you getting your money back.
Do betfair think we just want to place bets at start of a game and leave it? It's all about trading on an exchange, trading isn't possible when your f**king site crashes, leaving money tied up in a game and a case of luck whether I'm ruined or not. |

Update - Nov 2012: Our average combined uptime for the Exchange over the last 3 months was 99.92%, which exceeds our target of 99.9%. We achieved 100% avaliability in October and 99.9% in September, but fell short of our target in August when we achieved 99.78%. We have identified the cause of our outage on the 19 August to be due to an issue with one of our cache engines which has now been resolved. It doesn't feel like the site is up more than 99.9% of the time. |
