If you bet on a team -1 on the asian handicap and they win 2-1, therefore the result being a draw, shouldn't your stake be returned? I always thought that's what happened but I didn't get any return on my bet.

Anybody know?

Unless you bet on the 3 way market which included the draw?

Should get your stake back with -1AH, -1.5AH would be a loss

Thanks, I thought so. It was the Utd vs Reading game on Monday night. Forgot about it until now but I definitely didn't get any money back. Better send an email.

Don't confuse "asian handicap" with "handicap" markets. A lot of the mainstream bookies offer "handicap" markets, but these are not the same as the asians. With asians (-1), you get your stake back, with handicap (-1) if your team wins by 1 you lose.

Thanks for your reply bkk, now you mention it it wasn't an asian handicap bet it was just a handicap bet, looks like that's where I've made the mistake.
Oh well, thanks for clearing that up anyway.
