tbf, a 3-goal cushion isn't that much when you have a nutter like holloway in charge who doesnt believe in defenders
|

Right, time for us to get back on track here.
Which City team will turn up today though? Will the cold put our Egyptian stars off? Will we sit back in the first half? I hope we start as we can and get an early one - possibly 2 by half time |
|

Yes Burnley have beaten us in the last 3 meetings. Tonight is the time to break that bad run.
Burnley have scored only 3 goals in the last 7, winning only one game in this time. City on the other hand have 13 goals and have won 5 of the last 7. |

Goooooooooooooooooal

A few close calls there in the last 10 minutes.
This win takes us 2nd again and 3 points behind Cardiff. That 39/1 to win the league at the start of the season is looking good now |
|
By:
Ok so we made it. Can we defeat the odds and stay up this season? With all the new players in the team I think we have more chance than the odds (1.72ish to get relegated), suggest.
20/1 to beat Chelski. Really? Obviously we are underdogs but 20/1? Release the safety and let the roller coaster commence. |

Looked like stage fright in the first half. Second half started playing the ball around a bit but no commitment with the efforts on goal.
Not expected to come close to winning against the top 4 so 2-0 isn't a bad result for the first game |
