Both similar ages, both very similar records, but Suarez goalscoring has gone down significantly since leaving Ajax whereas Falcaos has increased significantly since leaving River Plate. Apart from perhaps Suarez plays in a better international team, I cant think why else they might think Suarez is superior.

Not sure that is true. I would think if you look at the South American votes for World Player of the Yer Falcao would have got more from South America than Suarez.
