Rules are clear in Portugal: When game is interrupted because of weather, 30 minutes will be given by the referee to assess conditions and a possible restart. Now I don't understand why Betfair always locks our money away. Bettors should be able to trade their positions whenever they want. It's always the same cr@p. I'm not concerned having bet under 4.5 goals but I may not be interested in continue to play.

Surely the 0-0 backers will have exited with most of the stake by 76 mins, would not expect too much goalmouth action between these 2 in the remaining time either.

So the game is both abandoned and postponed, but also not: It is delayed in my opinion. I have gained no advantage: the teams are the same, the game commences as it was.
