Leeds are a premiership team at home and a league 1 side away.
They have 5 straight wins at home in the league and have beaten Everton and Southampton in the Capital One cup at home this season.

A replay at WHL lane would be a reasonable outcome for Spurs.
I think spurs should be around 10/11 (1.91) so are a big lay at 1.68.

i'd make Spurs full team 1.57 , can't see it being weakened much so wouldn't want to lay at 1.70
