If you call them, they will say either a) We are working on the problem, but we cannot cancel your bets, which will stand regardless of the fact it is not your fault. Our terms and conditions state this. or b) No other customers have reported a problem. Have you tried deleting your temporary internet files and cookies? that's the most reliabe thing betfair does |

Normal service will be resumed after completion of todays football and when traders have done their money

Sorry, but straight punters who have put in bets on say 3pm kick-offs have put their bet on and will want paying out. Bets shouldn't be voided. Perhaps, you could make some argument for Betfair refunds, but voiding, not a chance.
