Should offer it to Sir Alex so he has a chance of winning something else before retirement

if they appoint an 'interim' manager he has to be in charge for 10 league games before payout, so definitely a mug price to back

Worth remembering that a lot of the speculation regarding Rafa is for a caretaker role

Not sure why they would get rid of RDM, for Rafa to come in as caretaker, why they chose their long term Manager. Doesnt make any sense.

They must have been working on the long term successor and would keep RDM until they had him ready imo.

Please please please can we add AVB to the list. He is now more experienced and Spurs are not really a big enough club for someone with his talent and potential. I'm sure you can succedd this time AVB. No hard feelings if you want to go

Anyone think John Terry could be appointed as a 'interim' manager

I can't believe Benitez is in the frame for this job after the train wreck he left at Liverpool. Absolutely hopeless manager, just look at some of his signings there, just terrible. I was dreading him getting the Villa job this summer, just can't believe he touched 1.4 for a top job like Chelsea.

Yeah the only bad thing is that people tend to forget rather easily, the illusion of change and so on. Also this market is pure gold for insiders to make a few large ones. I wouldnt bet anything beyond 50p. LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

Benitez the best manager LFC had in my lifetime... not much competition though Plain and the best Valencia manager in my lifetime. And Villa fans didn't want him as their manager Laugh biggest mugs around, going down.

lol market all over the place with benitez, why would Roman want a manager like Rafa who wasn't exactly renowned for the type of football that Abrahimovic is after -FACTLaugh, it'll be Redknapp or Guardiola, I think Redknapp might get it,
