Spurs are weaker than last season. They've lost two of their best players (Modric and VdV).  Dembele and Kaboul missing today too.

It's worse than 'stayed still'.  City are actually worse than last season.  They don't look as hungry and key players like Kompany and Yaya are nowhere near last years form.
