No one is mentioning it because we already concluded it wasnt one. if you can get a shot in you might as well make it at goal because if youre shooting at defenders arms theres still a chance you will miss the penalty. sounds to me like youre just being silly now. shame really.

Yeah like i said the ball takes a bobble and hits odemwingies arm but look where his arm is, natural position, shouldnt be up for debate really. It was one of the areas we spent quite a bit of time on when i did my level one refereeing course.
