When you keep unmatched bets in-play

Hi,

Just wondered if someone could help me out with a question.

There is a match I want to bet on today where the favourite is 1.8. However I would like to get odds of 2.0 so I have chosen my stake to see if it gets matched.
If I keep the bet to go in-play and the underdog scores first the odds should go way over the 2.0 so I was wondering if this happens, will the bet stay unmatched? will it straight away match my 2.0? or will it match at whatever the highest odds are when the market comes back on after when it's suspended for the goal??
