Helluva price for a side with their home record.

Have layers forgotten they were just a couple of mins away from beating Madrid at the Bernebeau?
I seen enough in that match to suggest they're comfortable at this level now. And Dortmund ain't Madrid, by a long stretch.

Gotta take that price. Has to shorten up before KO.

they've drawn against arsenal, stoke and liverpool already this season and even drew at home to villa in the league cup (losing in extra time) so their form this season isn't great just yet and german teams can sometimes be quite hard to beat.

not saying you shouldn't bet them as they are a good team when they're on their game but they struggled a bit in last seasons champions league and I wouldn't want to go in too heavy on them.

after all that I hope they win so good luck.

Dzeko and Balotelli starting or Balotelli starting? That's my guess, o/w the move seems strange.
By:

When: 03 Oct 12 15:26
Dzeko is in top form atm the drift wouldn't be because of him

I think it's down to rotation mabye sinclair playing and barry probably being rested

amazing price on city though

pile in

The price may be influenced by the Post write up on Dortmund,
although they didn't tip them (Dortmund) to win. FWIW they have
tipped BTS at 4/6.

Ok Aguero out??? Tevez and Dzeko should be good enough tho surely. Unless Toure or Kompany out Man city should be sub eve. Draw no bet at 1.6 is the bet though. They will not lose imo!

Big price on City, imo.

1.85 is around the true price unless there is some team news I've missed.

I've stuck them in a double with Madrid who should trounce Ajax.

Am I the only one who would rather be laying man city than backing them at 2.1ish??

Their european record is awful and they have conceded every game in the premier league. I won't be playing the match odds at all and instead backing BTTS and over 3.5 when it reaches 4ish as can't see a goal in the first 15mins.

They might win or they might not but as always i can see very little value in the match odds markets. You should be able to get 2.1 on BTTS 15mins in.

They might win, or they might now. Good call. Question is, given the price, are they more likely or less likely to win than the odds suggest. If they play their best team, then the price is value as they should definitely be odds on. Often with moves this large (33%) means that there is team news unbeknown to the masses. Wait and see. If the team is strong, get on, its a good bet.

Yes Norton, why wouldn't the BF price not be influenced
by the RP ? Why do you think it drifted  ?
By:
cnman
When: 03 Oct 12 18:46
lol the amounts shifting these markets aren't influenced by a write up in the RP
By:
cnman
When: 03 Oct 12 18:48
Also it's a pretty much full strength line-up: Hart, Zabaleta, Nastasic, Kompany, Clichy, Garcia, Nasri, Yaya Toure, Silva, Aguero, Dzeko.
By:

No shocks in that line up....price should begin to come in a bit now. possibility of city starting odds on?

good to see Dzecko in the starting line up, Tevez has gone a bit off the boil since returning from the international break and hopefully his experience in Germany will stand him in good stead to pop one or two in tonight Happy

David James starts in goals with Richard Dunne replacing Kompany. Joey Barton links up with Wright Philips in place of Toure and Silva while Darius Vassel will play as a lone striker...... These changes can help explain some of the massive drift, but even with this team 2.14 is huge
