They shouldn't settle overs markets. They do, and that's their mistake but I'm sure you'd have a case to request money back from BF if you lost.

Well, good luck with this but I'm afraid under normal rules that a game that is abandoned before 70% playing time has been completed is declared null and void, and normally you would only be entitled to your stake being returned.
