then when it eventually loads up it should say at the top :

Featured A-B C D-F G-J ETC ETC...

Move up to that option and scroll over to the D-F ( F Stands for football )

Then just go down on remote and you should get it

Hope this helps pal, Although that is the virgin tv don't know if it is the same lay out for if you have sky etc
