To some of you more recent forumites, a guy who doesn't post anymore but used to be a regular, Alex TOWR, layed Ryan Giggs for BBC sports personality of the year @ 249. Giggs of course won it, this became a bit of a forum legend and he was never allowed to forget it :)

Ahh ok you might be wondering what I'm on about, I just tried the normal bbc channel and it looks a lot less sh*t and far less stupid camera work, I didn't realise the broadcasts were so different. The HD one kept cutting to flags doing nothing or drummers drumming or people dancing, or lengthy wide shots of stick men in a stadium - basically irrelevant CRAP.
