Before anyone complains about it, do a little research into his 'not guilty' verdict and the charge by the FA.
No doubt we will get some people saying 'he's not guilty, why are the fa charging him'.

You are being silly because no one expects a year's ban. The not guilty verdict, as the judge said, was largely down to a lack of evidence. It's not surprising that Terry has been called to account for his actions, and it might result in a similar punishment to Suarez. As for racial abuse against white people, yes, it should be treated seriously if true, but each case should be debated separately i think. |

The 3 players were all found to make comments regarding race religion mate. But wait it wasnt whitey. No need to arsey about it, I just think you're looking for a conspiracy. That is a completely separate issue. If what you're saying is true and it hasn't been dealt with then it is poor, but that doesn't mean that the Terry charge is wrong. |

the will ignore the "contextual" element, that the courts used as one of the main reasons for aquittal, and rely on the words uttered to allow them to impopse a ban. open and shut case imo. |

the evidence as presented in court showed that both players behaved appallingly during that game.
the court in it's wisdom aquitted terry of racial abuse. now the fa are charging terry alone with being abusive, and citing stuff that he's been cleared of in court. a distinct lack of "natural justice" it seems to me. |
