Could be tight this year. I think West Ham will be okay. Reading and Southampton are well capable of competing with the likes of Swansea, Norwich and Wigan. Teams like West Brom and QPR will probably be on the fringes. My money will be on Swansea to be relegated.
Not sure what the price would be in relation to the OP but I'd be a backer if it was 8 or better.

WHU will stay up big club with a decent manager who knows how to survive.The other two will struggle especially Southampton if Lambert doesn't make the step up.
