Very much thinking along the lines of a tight game here as most are, but with a German narrow win in 90 minutes. For this reason, I am thinking Germany win and u2.5 goals at 12/5 (Hills - but will look for better) is going to be my bet.

The way Italy are, I just can't see them scoring a goal.

What do you all think then? :)

Germany win @ U 2.5 goals is effectively backing 1-0/2-0 which can be dutched at about 11/4 with Victor

I went with one of my biggest bets of the year on the Germans in 90mins.....will be a tight affair....Italy aint been great but always hard to beat. The Germans have been buzzing and i think the 120mins the Italians played the other day may be a big factor.

My biggest bet of the tournament is on under 2.5 goals. at around 4/6 i really do think that is a massive price. Who will win? very close call for me. At bigger odds i would have backed Italy to qualify but no value for me at current odds.

Germany conceded goals in their last 3 games, so can't be backing German win at odds on. If it gets to 70 mins and it is 1-1 they will coast for extra time.My value plays would be sending off @ 4.10 and Italy pens @ 13.0 with tradeout chances.

Good luck with your plays.

I can see goals in this game and I think there is value to be had backing 4+ and 5+ goals as these games have been so tight thus far!

Italy often tend to play to the level of their opponents and I wouldn't be surprised to see them go through in 90mins tonight. Germans hyped up a bit too much methinks

If you think it will be tight, why go in with a maximum bet?!

I dont think it will be a walk in the park for ze Germans but i'm still confident they'll have enough....they will ask alot more question than England and i feel they have a lot more strength in depth than the Italians.

In hindsight i was maybe abit rash with the cash but uv got to be in it to win it mateSilly

I wouldn't touch u2.5 with a bargepole.
Think people suffer from the thinking that last night was dull, so this will be too.
2 teams that are going to go for it, I'd say 3-2, 4-2 Germany is the choice

Why does Prandelli keep playing Cassano?  He has been horrible in almost every game.  Giving Arshavin a real run for his money for worst player of the tournament.

Rather have Giovinco or Di Natale with Balotelli.

head tells me Germany but this Italian price might just be too big to turn down. Italy have played well so far with a good draw against Spain and a match v England that they dominated and could have won well before penalties (ok it was only England but nevertheless they were in control of the match for long periods). Italy certainly have the players to trouble Germany and if the Germans are anything like us English when we meet them they must be kacking themselves meeting a team they've yet to beat in a major tournament. All the pressure on Germany tonight.

The Germans aint anything like the English tho The Mover. They will be all over Pirlo like a rash preventing him controlling the tempo of the game.
