Withdrawal

When trying to make a withdrawal I'm getting a message saying cannot withdraw as amount deposited is less than withdrawn
If that's the case you can't possibly win?
What's going on with that??

there's a very strange system. have you got another card that you deposited on? you can't withdraw on the new card before you've withdrawn from the other card the amount you deposited. Think its to stop people transferring money between cards? but causes huge problems if you have an old card you no longer use

Please note you cannot withdraw more to a UK Maestro debit card or a MasterCard credit or debit card than you deposited with that card. Also, you cannot withdraw anything to non-UK credit or debit MasterCards and/or non-UK Maestro debit cards. These rules are imposed by MasterCard.
