Was going to back Spain in 90 minutes but just gone done Spain to qualify now. 0-0 would be no surprise.

1.97 wow. I'm tempted to wade in at those odds.

last time Spain played this line-up it was dull, dull, dull and late goal spared their blushes. Honestly can't believe he's playing this way again. Torress and Llorente must be seething at the fat waiter.

You can make a case for France to win and one for Spain to win.
That is the easy part. Spain will be boring to watch. Hoping for some lucky free kicks or a penalty or a set piece to score as long as they do not field a striker. France is scared sh2tless. A strange looking team of 11 players. However, if they do connect up front on a couple of occasions, they can sink Spain. 0-0, somebody is eventually going to score. Therefore, I just gonna watch the game and enjoy a good bottle of french wine or maybe even 2 |

spain backers living in the past, this spain team is awful. no strikers, tame 1-1 draw with italy and a last minute goal in an undeserved victory against croatia and you expect to them at this price. insane

ive backed sending off, 0-0, 1-0 and france to win

This game is tough to call, but this team's tournament record is excellent. Their record in 90 minutes is W12 D3 L1. This France team aren't the best. Evens is now a massive price, with or without a striker.

I have a question : in the ht/ft market Spain/Spain is 3.55, in the market 'Spain win both halves' Yes is 6.2 Aren't they the same thing yet the odds are so different?
By:
Not the same. Spain have to score in both halves for the second one to win.
By:
Isn't it that on HT/FT market the team must win only the 1st half? And draw the 2nd no?
By:
incorrect spain have to win both halves not neccesarrily score in both halves

By:
How do they win without scoring a goal please?
By:
own goals

Forget everything else. This tournament can't afford to lose the Marseillaise.

spain playing without a forward again - i thought he learned his lesson against italy
it's very difficult to score goals without a forward 0-0 90 mts |

The way to set up against Spain is with two wide men pushed right up against the full backs and the striker also pushed right on. Cut out the easy ball from Casillas to the defenders, and then compete for every ball to the midfielders and striker when he has to go longer.
Italy did it and it worked excellently. They actually created some good chances. It would have been easy for France to do it with Nasri and uglytwat on the wings, so a bit disappointing to see France just bung men into midfield. Its bread and butter for the Spanish and I cant see anything but a Spain win tonight. Shame really cos France were my outright pick, so I hope I'm wrong. |
