Yeah, to hell with betfair is what I say! Jokers! Someone explain why AUQ was only 4.7 on here then on correct score market above 3-3, yet made up rules for scorecast!
By:
but marychain , if u bet everyday and have used betfair for 10 years thenu can almost bet in blind. Thats why its shocking to find out after the game that they have changed betting options suddenly in 1 fkin match1. Just 1 match, and no other. like i said, then they sould put this in the germany - denamrk macth who is coming up. BUt it was only in the spanish game??
By:
Nicky27, this is my point exactly. Wht didnt i back Torres 4-0. Because 4-0 is AUQ.
By:
4-0 is not AUQ if 4-0 is quoted. It really isnt that hard to understand imo.
By:
I bet on scorecast and correct score every day, several times a day and the first thing I noticed when I looked at the market was that 4-0 was quoted.
By:
Your not being fair marychain. The understanding is that this isnt a regular occurence and as others have said we do this and it is normal.
By:
Maybe u r looking for good value, we were mearly looking for a reqular bet or something that is familiar.
By:
Fair? Now it just sounds like you are whinging.
I can understand that it isnt usual. But if there was anything unfair then many people would have been caught out and the prices would have been all over the place. But they weren't. Because everyone else looked at the market, saw that 4-0 and 5-0 were quoted scorelines and therefore not unquoted, and bet accordingly. |
By:
marychain, the point is some of us trusted betfair to stick to the rules they've alweays used before. And when they've put up stupid scorelines in the past they've had a correct score 2 market! We were mislead, and unfortunately for us trusted the markets to easily. Lesson learned here but frankly I'm very p i s s e d off!
By:
IF some of u guys hadnt bet 4-0 and torres i would never belived betfair, but of course i know ive read it wrong, BUt hope betfair could learn from this and make a scorecast 2 AND maybe they can put up more score at scorecast when its BIg teams vs small
By:
But you arent talking about the Correct Score market and the CS2 market. You are talking about the scorecast market.
I've seen them put other scorelines on the scorecast market loads of times. |
By:
Thing is Percy you bet on 3-0 and any unquoted surely you must have noticed the other scorelines inbetween when placing your bets?
By:
As fantastic light said on correct score market AUQ is above 3-3 many other scorelines move to a different market. Why wasnt scorecast???????????
By:
Baby Jesus spot on
Torres 3-0 Torres 4-0 Torres 5-0 Torres unquoted How can you not see the two lines in between your bets??? |
By:
if 3-3 and above in the correct score market was 4.7 SP and Torres first goalscorer was around 4.5 SP then the 2 combined would equate to 21.0 , so it would imply that 37.0's was too generous for AUQ as 3-3 and above if u see what i mean

I never placed torres 3-0 and AUQ together. Imerely placed the AUQ looked at others saw iniesta and the rest as they say.
By:
So how did you manage to put on Torres 3-0 and Torres unquoted without seeing Torres 4-0 and Torres 5-0 that were in between your bets?
By:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
By:
By the way, the scorelines on a scorecast market never mirror the Correct score market as you seem to be saying.
For Example, in Greece v Russia; Greece 3-2 and 3-3 are not quoted in the Scorecast market, so they count as unquoted. |
By:

I never placed torres 3-0 and AUQ together. Percy, your account statement suggests you did place them both together especially as both bets were placed @ 19:44 and the betids are only 3 numbers apart ![]() I can understand it being a pain but I've seen Betfair add extra scores than usual in these markets before, it's not the first time. |
By:
Therefore that would of been mt bet as i went to AUQ and would have been extremely surprised that in the result of greece v russia 3-2 or 3-3 i would have won
By:
Assuming that unquoted means the same in the Correct Score market, Correct Score 2 market and the scorecast market has led to many Betfair balls ups Percy, dont worry, you arent the first.
By:
By:
what im saying is i didnt go from torres 3-0 to torres AUQ if you see my meaning
By:
By:
Fair enough, Percy, I guess it's easily done when browsing markets and adding in bets to submit later especially with this stupid new beta format
. It's ridiculous they piss around with known formats of markets, god knows who decided to add extra scores for the Spain game as these markets have been up for a while and none of the other games have 4 goal scorelines in the scorecasts. |
By:
Thank you for reasoning with me Baby Jesus. Iknow i wont win any argument with Betfair but it helps to come on here and people appreciate a fellow mans dilema

Is this a joke thread
By:
sorry, but there's some utter rubbish in this thread.
people are talking as if there's some deception in AUQ not meaning the same in scorecast as in CS. But it NEVER does, and it changes game by game according to the relative strengths of the teams. eg, tomorrow in the england game, what happens if it's Ibra 3-1 or 3-2? answer: ibra/AUQ pays out. Any Unquoted means what it says: any unquoted in the market you're betting in. not knowing that means you failed to look at the market carefully enough. that may be unfortunate but it isn't betfair's fault. |
By:
u won cuz it means torres scoring 4th goal and match ending with over 3 goals. Its a winning bet
