like a training mach for Spain, only difficulty they'll have this evening is not getting too relaxed and conceding a lazy goal.

RoI parking their Ryanair 737 in front of the goal.

None of them speak with an Irish accent.

If Ryanair advertised landing in front of the Irish goal it'd be landing in Bucharest.

Thank god Webb isnt the ref in this match, there would have been 3 penalties by now

My last word on this matter is that I often bet in play based on what I'm seeing. I rarely take a pre match position. Mock me all you like BL Loser but if you had a more patient approach you wouldn't be looking at in your own words "bankruptcy"

No doubt after getting shafted in 3 tennis matches earlier, taking a huge red in the Italy game and facing bankruptcy here, you'll be back later for the Boca game with yet more trolling

There's no way the Irish manager is Irish for a start. I know he's a lot of you fooled, and he's almost there, but if you listen VERY closely, you can hear he's definitely a foreign twang.

God job they're not playing in Warsaw, they'd have ended up in Walsall Silly

Wonder if Ryaniar are showing this live on their flights? Probably showing it in 5 minute bursts and then they have to pass a hat around the cabin to put more Euros in the meter.

Ireland haven't done too badly here, after losing the early goal they could well have been obliterated... granted they still could be but at least they're delaying proceedings,

as long as it stays 1-0 they still have a chance from a set piece

63 - 37 on possession at the moment, not quite the 95 - 5 that you predicted Biscuit Wink

I think it's fair to say Ireland are facing bigger issues than the referee tumbling into Keith Andrew

If its still 1-0 after 60 or so minutes, i'll go in over 2.5 as I think Ireland will tire.

All the hard work and attrition can hold Ireland at 1-0 for so long. You'd like to think that the gulf in class will finally prevail as the game goes on.

What was Ray's bet this evening, missed it typing this..

Would love to know when the last time a Ray Winston half time bet actually materialized. Seems to be just as hapless as BL.

can anyone tell me , does that last corner count for spain  even though there was not enough time to take it. Flashscores have not registered it?
