I thought I heard someone mention that they were about 100k traded on a Vallodolid win before kick off also as they were very short 1.12 or something....And they got smashed after leading Laugh....Spanish segunda for you on equal par with Italian B Laugh

not at all guitarist, depends what bet and how you make it.  Why back over 2.5 pre match?  That is complete guesswork, much rather wait for a while until I have a good idea of what I want to bet.

Berg I heard that too but I waited to see how things went. Backed Almeria at 1.12 after they were 1-0, decided it was value compared to preKO backers.

I love how that miserable egomaniac Donovan gets all the press and fame in USA yet Dempsey is twice the player. Thats quite funny and shows up US fans knowledge quite badly. Not that it needed to of course

They went up 1-0 ...But I am assuming not many traded out of a 1.12-1.14 shot ....So I reckon a lot of people done there conkers in that game Shocked

No wonder he threw a sh*t fit when Beckham went to LA.

Yes Loaded definetly around those figures....Big money coming in pre kick off LoL

Good stuff on Almeria, they looked good to hang on after they took lead...the more safer option on a crazy list of fixtures in that league today Scared

Yeah good shout mate but even thats a bit much now. The only true way to implement any system of discipline is to cut down on my betting. I just bet too much. Ive got to stop, I was so healthy bankwise at the end of the season and the pure ****ness of South America and friendlies has destroyed me since the end of it and Ive chased ever since.

with you there - I need to cut down my betting too, starts off ok then I endup just betting on well loads of sports and too much - not waiting for the right opportunities

I was there mate. I really was doing that (waiting for opportunitys and taking my time) and it was working for me, then other people started getting on board with what I was doing, but instead of me helping them which it did at first I somehow managed to get myself doing what they were doing. bet bet bet bet bet bet every single day without fail. Such idiocy on my part.

It has to stop

yep mate it all sounds too familiar - I'd be laying teams that were a goal up and really short backing good teams who were a goal down, taking 'value' at other firms when they've got wrong lines but not enough of an error

then it's just bet bet bet bet bet as you say..from tennis, to football, to basketball to specials - normally do quite good on specials

It is mate. You can have a system in place and if you stuck to it itd be OK over the course of the season.

But then all of a sudden you see a price hanging out for a game and think 'ooh having a bit of that' Then boom. Tornado rips the bank you built cos you couldnt keep your mits to yourself!

lol been there. Problem is you need to disassociate yourself from the whole betting world and only do certain things.

One seriously difficult thing to do while still betting, but its achievable with the right frame of mind. Well im off now. Enough torturing myself for one night. cheers mateHappy
