Another hard one to call, but Cheltenham finished higher
than Crewe in the league, as the outsider in the betting
I favour them at 3.15 +, on 90 mins or 2.20+ DNB. simply
because of the market.

My initial feeling was Crewe, since Cheltenham's recent away form is very poor (even allowing for win in semi at Torquay, who were also totally out-of-form), however, i don't see much value in the current price. Hot weather will probably be a factor though, and a low scoring match likely which may mean draw is best value.

i live in Cheltenham, we were top of the league in February and almost didnt make the playoffs, luckily managed to stabilise our form to hold on for the playoffs, whereas Crewe came from a long way off to make the playoffs in the last couple games. So Crewe definately have the better form, Crewe also beat Southend which in my opinion was the best team in it. Crewe also beat Cheltenham 1-0 at home a couple of weeks ago in the League The odds are about right, my heart would back Cheltenham as the underdog, as this is one game. My head is betting on 1+ goals in the first half (not exciting i know) |
