are you drunk or on drugs

I do. Can't see City beating Newcastle.
By:
Of course it is still possible but there's only one team that deserve the title this year.
By:
no i think city will win. wondered if anyone still thought United?
By:
Yes they can still win it but they will have to go to Sunderland and win as they will need 6pts IMO.
By:
Wouldn't be shocked if Swansea finshed them off myself
By:
Very true, i just hope Utd dont win the league as all the Utd sad cases will say how brilliant they are and how good Fergie is, when IMO they have been really poor this season and had a huge amount of things go their way.
By:
will take a miracle
By:
Agree with tobermory.
By:
Given Newcastle's collapse against Wigan, and the fact they have to play at Chelsea Wednesday night and are likely to go into the game utterly deflated in 6th place, I cannot see them threatening City at all. Nor will QPR. So a big fat NO!
By:
good point. surely Chelsea beat them in the meantime

United/City RFC imo.

I think Utd can still do it, or at least city should be around 1.8 not the 1.5 they seem to be.
It is a horrible thought that city could beat utd both home and away and still not clinch the title from them, but if utd go 2 or 3 points ahead after this weekend then their job is made awfully difficult. |
By:
We have no chance.
City aren't dropping any points now. |
By:
1.8 is a ridiculously huge price ror.
I'd be all over that. |
By:
wow dawsy.
By:
Newcastle wow
By:
Can City get it hard two games in a row?
Remember this is a club with a chronic history of epic ****-ups |
By:
admittedly man city are rightly odds on but to be fair Newcastle are gonna be going for this game hammer and tong
By:
I've no doubt ManU will win their next two games, so it's all down to Newcastle v City. Newcastle at home desperate for 3 points will take a lot of stopping. I think ManU will still win the title.
By:
Man U's last 2 games aren't cut and dry either but Newcastle away must be one of the last fixtures any team would choose for a must-win right now
By:
anyone else think united will drop points? i can see both united and city drawing a game

As a United fan, I'd love to say we're in with a shout still. However, I'd be surprised if we even get the full 6 points from our last 2 games, let alone worrying about what City are doing (and I don't see them doing anything other than comfortably winning their last 2 games). Yes, Newcastle got a great result against Chelski, and they've had a fantastic season, but City will still be too strong for them.
By:
I disagree Kevin - any side that can go to Chelsea's ground and give them a beating, is capable of beating anyone at home.
By:
if they play the same then yes.
but if the play like in the 1st half against wigan ![]() |
By:
Newcastle will be mauled out of sight I'm afraid. This city side superior to all sides, and the table shows it.
By:
...but footballs a funny old game greavsie

I haven't been all that impressed by City. I think they have greatly benefited from the least competitive/poorest EPL that I can remember. ManU have their weakest team for decades. Arsenal and Chelsea blew any chance in the first half of the season. City are just a decent side, no more no less.
