initially I bought properties and rented them out on the Costa Blanca. Got out of that as soon as it started going wrong so wasnt too big a hit but that was what I had intended doing long term. Hence now why I have so much time on my hands for this sort of stuff!

ever thought of online retail? get a nice website setup, cheap reliable supplier... i used to run an ebay shop selling electronics for a company. Dropshipping, list all their products, take payment with my mark up on, order from the company n get it sent directly to the customer n pocket the mark up. Started a little slow but as the only outlay was the website/ebay costs it was easy, started to make £250 to £300 regularly after month 1 slowly grew and also got a lot of side business with a few customers ordering bulk from me away from ebay.

I looked at it in Spain but ebay's pretty small for domestic market, although I suppose that doesn't have to be the target market. I assumed their would be something going cheap in Spain that would even sell well in UK elsewhere but that goose hasn't layed yet!

didnt write that too well, must be sleepy! In Spain ebay isn't anywhere near like it is in UK usage wise. So looked at sourcing some products and selling to UK. Never got anywhere with it because couldn't find anything cheap enough, except cigs

well the company i used are in china, all products were delivered anywhere in the world within 3 to 5 days via DHL, UPS, Fed Ex etc u got to choose your courier, all orders sent same day as ordering n u got the tracking number so you can supply it to customer to keep them happy. It was a cushty little set up.
Funny enough i sold a fair few car dvd players and touch screen monitors to customers in spain lol i excluded portugal from being allowed to purchase because the Import Duty for them was ridiculous. I used to sell 17" touch screen monitors for £119.99 and pocket £30 for myself per sale, sent 1 to a customer in Portugal and they wanted £210 in Duty... thieving fkers lol |

no there's no minimum order, can order a single item for £1 or 50 for £10,000 doesn't matter
