Firstly, I am surprised at the short odds for Lanus here, they don't deserve to be going to this game @1.7.
They have been thoroughly disappointing this clausura season and their lowly standing does not belie their performances. They have played like the side that betfair's odds makes them out to be occasionally such as their 6-0 win over Olimpia and they fought well against Boca for their 2-2 draw but from what I have seen of them, and what I can see from their results they are very short.
They are toothless in attack- Pavone is like Berbatov's lazier and more erratic cousin. The rest of the team seem to know this and are very defensively minded.
In their last 15 games they have only scored in 9 of them. 4 of these were Copa Lib games. In their last 10 they have only scored in 4.
But obviously their price comes down to who they are playing. Looking at Atletico's league position they seem a few places above Lanus but its always bunched up in the middle.
They have been playing poorly too. They are also very bad on the road like ATROCIOUS. They have won once away since September against Rosario (a primera B side) gaining just ONE point in that time. Apart from the 2 goals they scored in that game to draw they have scored just 3 league goals away since late September.
All in all betting-wise I can't suggest too much I'm just giving you the facts as I see them. I would suggest unders based on the facts but I don't want to be held to account if they decide to go goal-mad. Even as I write that, I feel silly. Neither team can attack unless the Lanus that hosted Olympia turn up and I doubt it- GO UNDERS GO UNDERS GO UNDERS!
Lanus @1.7, its very low for a team playing as badly as they are currently but considering Atletico Rafaela's history of turning up at away games with less attack than a potato gun it seems like a safe bet.
Both teams to score @1.87 seems like the better money if its late and you're feeling greedy.

I have seen Lanus put in some very dubious efforts against relegation-threatened teams before and they look a horrible price tonight.

they got their Copa form in order but can't do a tap in their league - this HAS to be a problem they take seriously at the club. So, the win HAS to come. Tonight . if not 3 weeks ago.

Only 1 bet for me in this game. Lanus to score @ 1.21. I have put a good amount on this as i'm pretty much certain they will score tonight.

I don't bet on this stuff with the expectation of profit - that's a bonus if it happens. Leagues like Colombia and Mexico are akin to some kind of brainteaser challenge : yer pretty damn smart when you can foretell how one these games will unfold.

Boca got done 2-1 by a late OG luke, but they were chasing their equaliser for long enough so it wasn't unjust.

home team did start to look stronger as the game went on, but that was a very soft penalty
For the good of your bank I still wouldn't chase the goals. I did with Quilmes n Rosario and that finished 1-0 thanks to a 32min penalty
I'd say you can never rule it out, Ramazz. By the way the game has gone and Atletico's bad away scoring record you could put lanus next goal on @1.88 rather than just 1.32
