Serious discussion.  Has anyone got one or tried one?  I only smoke about 5 a day but am fed up with the smokey smell on my clothes and in my car.  Also, I know there a different strength cartridges so was thinking about lowering myself down gently.

my mates brother had one and i had a couple of drags, depends what you smoke for, just for the craving or the feeling, if its the feeling then these just wont cut the mustard. just imagine a silk cut with a couple more wholes in the filter  Sad

You don't need to gradually withdraw from five cigs a day, just stop.

stopping isn't the immediate concern.  i like my cigs, just not the smokey clothing.

yeah im guessing as you smoke so little its the actual feeling of the **** that you enjoy, these are really just for quitting purposes really, like a more hands on nicotine patch

I tried and failed to stop smoking countless times over the last decade. Got myself an e-cig and never went back. They taste nicer, no smell, no cough anymore.  My advice is to skip the cheap versions and go straight for the best on the market, will cost around £70 for a decent starter kit.  The nicotine hit and the sensation of the vapour is just like smoking and the bonus is it works out to cost around £1 a day instead of the price of a pack of cigs.

They are great, 100% work as well, for everyone. I started using them when they first come out but I did stop because the atomonizer kept breaking and it was a pain having to order a new one all the time. But that was when there were only a few on the market. Can anyone recommend a decent, reliable
one where you don't have to replace the parts all the time?
