Get rid of the stupid advert !!!

Dear betfair .... please get rid of that stupid advert that completely ruins the new look by overlaying and blotting out the scroll on right hand side. Also ... make the bet slip selectable ... its pointless overkill and again blots/ mixes and in my opinion ruins the new look.
