Roughly 70 bets with average odds of only 1.11 will bring me up to £52,000. I have tried this before and done well but have lost out due to lack of patience and disciplne etc etc, most of the times I got high enough to withdraw a lot more than my starting stake though :) . I will be doing it again and documenting my progress here. I have seen many failed attempts at such a mission fail on here but I have a system, a tactic and patience which I hope will get me far.
I am looking forward to the abuse which comes with such a task in front of me and I sure many of you will abuse many of the bets I do but unless it loses the joke is on you. But it would be good if other people join in and we can discuss potential bets here.
I have already completed bet 1 and 2 which was a risky Lay of Chelsea/Chelsea against Napoli and an incredibly lay of Inter/Inter last night. I always do more risky bets for the first 6 or so bets as the stakes are still low. Once I get over £100 however I will tighten it up and be a lot more selective.
Bet 1 - Napoli v Chelsea : Lay Chelsea/Chelsea - Odds 1.16 - WON - £56.2
Bet 2 - Marseille v Inter : Lay Inter/Inter - Odds 1.11 - WON - £62
Bets 3 & 4 are a double as I love them both and kick off at the same time.
Bet 3 -Ath Bilbao v Lokomotiv - Lay Lokomotiv -
Bet 4 - Valencia v Stoke - Lay Stoke - Odds of 1.19 - £73.11 (if it wins)

Thanks Biscuit. Before I think it was about bet 23 I fell. I was just short of £400, however I withdrew about £80 around bet 16 so that no matter what happened I would be in profit by £30. I was going to withdraw little more when got to bet 30. I hope this time with patience, research and tips and discussion on here can go a lot further.

Bets 3 and 4 come in quite easily with both teams winning in the end!
Puts me on £73.11. I have been researching for the last 80 minutes to find any picks I am incredibly comfortable with and would be happy to bet it all on. Lots of games and I like 2 in particular which I will do again as a double seeing as they both kick off at the same time. Bet 5 - Man United v Ajax : 1 Goal (lay 0-0) Bet 6 - Schalke v Plzen - Lay Plzen - Combined odds of 1.13 - £82.60 (if it wins) The odds seem to drifting for these so follow quickly if you want to as my friend could only got 1.12 for the same double a few minutes after me. I am very confident about this. United just don't do 0-0s at home and Schalke are one of the best teams in Bundelsiga at the moment and most likely will be in Champions League this time next year. Will have way to much class and skill for Plzen. Good Luck |

Well another successful night. Bet 5 & 6 both come in very easily. United after 5 minutes and ok a late scare in germany but with the extra man was never gonna be 1-2.
Brings me up to £82.60 No more tips for tonight but I will be back with bet 7 tomorrow. I will start researching shortly. How did everyone else get on tonight? anyone follow my bets? |

Good start to your challenge, I hope you do well. One point to note though, bet 3&4 and 5&6 were combined odds which is placed as a double. That is classed as 1 bet, not 2 seperate bets. So surely tomorrow is bet number 5 and not bet 7...??? Anyway, good luck |

Craigyboy I understand technically it counts as one bet but I am counting it as 2 for the simple reason the individual odds for each bet are close enough or the same to the odds I would do as a single. For example in bet 3 & 4 I would have placed them individually if they took place 4 hours apart but as they don't the only way to do it is as a multiple. The odds and return work out exactly the same. Secondly I placed a risky bet on Miami Heat to win at Odds of 1.19, it won which now puts me on £98. Now I have doubled my starting stake I will be a lot more careful and selective and patient even though all my bets, including the Miami Heat had hours of research behind them. This is my next tip: Bet 8 - Newcastle v Adelaide - 1 Goal - Odds of 1.08 - £105.80 (if wins) I am very confident about this and was even tempted to get on over 1.5 at 1.29 but decided I will stick to my tactic and play it safe and keep it building. I hope most of you see this soon as it kicks of at 9am if any of you want to follow me. Thanks for all your support and I am enjoying hearing how everyone else is doing. |

An awful game in Australia but still get the crucial Goal and before HT so all good.
Bet 9 is not till this evening but is this: Bet 9 - Mgladbach v Hamburg - Lay Hamburg/Hamburg HT/FT - Odds 1.11 - £116.80 (if it wins) Mgladbach having the season of there lives and I am very confident they will get the victory tonight, however being true to the system and playing it safe I will opt for the very secure ht/ft away lay.
