Lame performance by Benfica. Don't think they had one chance in last 20 mins.

I wasn't involved here but this is unreal.

Was very close to backing Over 1.5 at the start but the home team have had very low scoring games recently.
Praise be. |

No, it's not unreal. Portuguese football is like 80's football, defensive and tactical. One team gets advantage and parks the bus. I guess you lads are expecting too much goals from a championship where small teams' tactics were always historically defensive against the major side. Even Porto (before they got big) in the 70's and 80's played away games against Benfica and Sporting fighting for the draw only, not even crossing the mid line.

A lesson learnt this evening then.

Yes, definitely Spain, Germany, NL, England, etc... are championships with more open games, prone to goals, who would expect a Man Utd 8-2 Ars? or a Barcelona 5-1 Valencia.
Anyway, things can get complicated for Benfica now. They are going to visit Académica next week and the week after it's Benfica-Porto. |

It's the final test.

I said it! Home side are LOW SCORING! 10 goals scored, 8 conceded at home.
