would like officials to come up with how they manage time in these games..they seem to get away with gross misconduct and allow cheating to proper every game with just "making up" injury time and not bothering to keep the time properly..its clear as day they dont add 30secs on per sub or even bother adding time on for injuries like that game...in the last 10mins alone there was subs and 6mins of injuries, how can you not see that, what exactly does the 4th official do!?

Not always sensible Mike. It often takes teams until the last 10/20 mins to make the breakthrough. As long as you're comfortable with the bet, you should be giving it the full 90 mins.

as regards injury time you are exactly right, the reason is dead simple - tv scheduling. never more the case than the world cup when you could literally have a death on the pitch and still IT would be 3 mins. or 4 absolute max.

in the lower divisions where theres no tv 5+ is common and ive seen 8 and 9.

Gave up watching with 15 mins to go. Worst football game I have watched all season.

it needs to stop because this alone is the biggest problem in this sport as its the catalyst for diving, feigning injuries and time wasting subs...the only way you will stop this is by taking a leaf from rugby unions book and telling the ref to say "time" when a player needs treatment only..the player should then go off for treatment and stay off for at least 2mins imo as of course if he needs treatment he will needs at least that. Then players wont see the need to fake injuries as the time stops and they'll be down a man for 2mins...then the game ends at 90mins the next time the game is stopped by either the ball going out of play not by the ref...Can't think of a better idea of cleaning up the game than that, what do you think?
