Match-fixing investigations are ongoing in around 50 countries around the world, half of them in Europe, and last week Fifa handed down worldwide bans to 26 individuals in Turkey and Finland.
One operation directed by Eaton and his team saw six match officials from Croatia and Hungary banned for life for helping orchestrate fixed results on behalf of fixers in two international friendlies staged in Antalya, Turkey last year. Eaton and his team, which includes specialist investigators from the UK and Spain, also identified and investigated suspicions friendly matches involving Argentina and Nigeria, and several fixtures in last year’s Concacaf Gold Cup. |

a couple of week ago... there was a turkey game.. 1-0 at HT .. about 60 mins +2.5 was 2.25. I saw there is an 60.000 euros bet on +2.5! After 2 mins goal... and 10 mins another. It must be luck! :D
