trouble with these mugs is that they dont know how to score sitters. Some of the best goals you will ever see in Argentina/mexico but cant convert tap ins. A Darren best/Andy Cole would be top scorer year after year in Argentina

no idea as a fact but I can say Holland has been kind for goals for the last couple of years, avoid Egypt, Argentina Isreal and Ireland!

Yes the Dutch league has got to be the highest, just browsing the numbers and most teams are average games with 3+ goals.

Checking the Swiss League and its looks like I'm way off, well at least this year the scoring is very average. I swear that league used to be known for goals.

Swiss league used to be with Young Boys/Basel, but is a small league. Weather had an impact on goals?

Dutch leagues look to be the highest scoring of the quality leagues.
