Can't think of anyone more out of his depth than McCarthy.

Quite possibly. He's much improved and far less stubborn than his Sunderland days, but his Premier League record of P37, W2, D4, L31 still hurts, pitiful transfer budget or not.

I cant believe this bloke goes from club to club getting good money, It must be the only job in the world where the more crap you are the more you make.
Are these club chairmen blind? you only have to listen to the arrogant man to know he is clutching at straws.

McCarthy is Wolves' most successful manager in the last 30 years. They are outside the relegation zone. Where do you expect Wolves to be? In the Champions League? Get a grip.

What's previous wolves managers got to do with it? he's diabolical, if Wolves sack him, they can stay up.

Les reed, sammy lee, Chris hutchings.  I could go on.  McCarthy is a decent manager.

It's got everything to do with it. No other manager in the last 30 years has taken Wolves up and kept them there. McCarthy won the Championship and they are in their third season in the Premier League. They are outside the relegation zone. Problem is you are too thick to see the bigger picture.

Wolves under Mccarthy have played some shocking football for years. For ages they were only playing with 1 up top isolated in a 'solid' 4-5-1. When he realized they weren't scoring, but still conceding he moved back to 'two up top', thinking that would please the fans.

What MUGcarthy doesn't realize is his side are shocking tactically and in possession, repeatedly give away the ball, and so concede chances to better sides. Mcleish is of the same mold, and despite spending more money, took Birmingham down.

Wolves need to sack him now and get a fresh approach into the club, otherwise for sure they are relegated. Similar to Megson at Bolton before Owen Coyle.

The fact that you are calling him MugCarthy as if it's witty or clever highlights what a dumb**** you are mesmerised. Wolves have spent more seasons in England's fourth tier than the top league in the 25 years before McCarthy came along. How can he be the worst manager in Premier League history? He has kept them up twice. He is managing a Championship team and keeping them up is not easy.

Wolves season ticket holder - home and away. McCarthy is a decent honest bloke, whose true level is the Championship. He has put together at Wolves a team that would do very well in the Championship, but is sadly lacking in the Premiership. We park the bus and get results at Arsenal and Spurs, every now and then we get a scalp on their off day. but most of the time we are found wanting. The defence defends poorly, and when they have the ball they are clueless. It only takes a team to press proplery and we dont have the abilty or technique to move the ball forwards, and inevitably hoof it forwards or pass it the keeper and he hoofs it forwards. You could blame the coaching, thats down to the management, or, you could blame the players, who are McCarthys players, its his squad, he bought them, and they and he just arent good enough at the top level. We have stayed up by the skin of our teeth two eras in a row, if Cisse doesnt get sent off last week we are bottom.
Time for McClueless to go. Roy Keane said years ago he was a bluffer.
