If it was Suarez not to shake his hand it would be a winner,but they'll find some way to wriggle out of it if they don't want to pay out.

They cannot get away with voiding that, do not accept it if they do. That is a winning bet whether they like it or not

The wording makes no mention of intent.
If you back someone to win a match and they don't, you're not going to get away with saying "Well, they tried to win..."
It's completely irrelevant how or why they didn't shake hands, or who intended what.
They did not shake hands - you are on a winner.

Did Suarez  and evra shake hands?

Did the bet specify when the handshake should / should not happen?

Cos if they shake at the final whistle, you will lose.
