...and the guy on the Tennis forum (Jaap I think it was) who translated Wozniacki's coach (her Dad) telling her in Polish to retire after next game when 5-0 up against Kremer of Luxembourg in a tournament in Luxembourg.

The kind forumite told all reading the match thread what was said.

"let them have some joy" her Dad said as Kremer would proceed to next round.

Legend, was in newspapers all over Europe.

Finally a sensible reply.

My nominations are: FollowtheBear, Renge (who became Egner) TimUK BUT there can only be 2 really. JANOV-the first BetFairian to be mentioned in the Sporting Life/ Racing Post & the most successful BetFairian ever-BAULKED, whose system THE BAULKED LINE never ever lost a bet & for which there was a minimum 6 months waiting list. Legend has it that Baulked retired to Barbados & can still be seen sipping Pina Coladas by the pool of a 6 star hotel being served by dusky maidens.

Didn't 'the Tree' suggest laying Mon Mome the year he won the Grand National ?

MoneyTree advised lays of Mon Mome 100/1 in the 2009 Grand National and Sole Power 100/1 in the 2010 Nunthorpe.
The man was a legend, and had most the most inappropriate user name ever. Laugh
