Does anybody know the difference?
I have a bookie who offers different odds on Over/Under 2.25 and 2.5

they will be asian goal lines.. split stakes and all that..  i would have thought.. have a look at the odds on betfair and it explains it all for you

Ok, i found the explanation.
F.e. "Over 2.25 goals" means split stake!
Half on over 2.5 goals and half on over 2 goals.
So if there are exactly 2 goals, you would get back half of your stake. If there are 3 goals, the whole bet is won.

and btw. i never saw an "over/under 2.25 or 2.75" on betfair, thats why i was wondering.

you will know who those are that know their stuff soon enough ;)

i meant to look at the asian lines as well in the match odds.. same principle applies when you back 0.75 or 1.25 etc
