I had a treble on another betting site and they paid out 2 of the 3 results and the 3rd selection was declared void. Does anyone know why the QPR bet HT/FT would have been declared void when it was 0-0 at half time?

Did one certain site not give money back if the game ended 0-0??
If its 365 they refund ht/ft bets if the match ends 0-0
Is that some kind of promotional offer then? If a game ends 0-0 they payout the double (in my case)?
