The Celtic team is crap but if they were in the premiership they would be one of the biggest clubs and would therefore have one of the biggest budgets. They'd soon attract top players. The argument is always that cardiff and swansea are in the british leagues. I for one wouldn't mind seeing Celtic in the top flight, however if it was to stay a 20 team league there would be far too much competition for top 4 spots. Whether this is a good thing or not is yet to be decided
