Gerrard will play in midfield, with Cole playing just behind the main striker, any injury problems fully expect Gerrard to play in the hole, Cole role, according to my mole, but 4th place is the goal.

Hope he plays midfield, can get forward, can also tackle and pass easier to dictate the play, was quite happy with the style of play despite te limited opposition, plus two top class players to come in in reina and torres, was quite impressed with kelly, janovich, paccecho,and cole

in a lot of PL games you don't need 2 holding midfielders that just sit, so it gives the team another attacking option having Gerrard playing a more traditional CM but bursting forward with Cole behind Torres. The worry is in those games against better teams Gerrard needs to be more disciplined if hes playing a more traditional CM.
