No sky sports news on freeview

Not really when you consider the are not a Council tv station

cant believe the amount of people on here that are complaining about having freview

why wouldn't it. virgin isn't free.

The channel is just a glorified 24 hour advertisement for Sky Sports, which occasionally dabbles in sports speculation,(never in actual news). Sky will lose the advertisement value in attracting new customers so it may well be self defeating in the long term.

Yeah but I thought idea behind Sky removing SSN from Freeview was to encourage people to buy Sky, if it's still on VM I'd rather buy that than rip-off Sky.

a great,great show "Soccer Saturday"...i would be sick as the proverbial if i could not see Stelling strutting his stuff, i can tell you.

skysports news is AWFUL, chewing gum for the eyes, its just dreadful repetitive dross.
would rather be at my team's ground, failing that, another team's ground, failing that - the pub.

True, only good thing was Soccer Saturday - Still who cares.. really? pretty good ploy, making it free to gain some fans and then pulling it.

jeff was watchable ,as was Le tiss and kamara ...but the others should be signing on for a living

BBC much better anyway. Can't understand what anyone is saying on sky version (except JS). Wetherspoons has taken out screens in last couple I've been in
