I would go for over 1,5 or 2,5 but that rain :( mud on the pitch could affect badly this game
The pitch does not look in the best condition and the rain does not help. If the pitch was in a good state the rain would help the tempo of the game but at the moment its Sunday league stuff.

in theory there should be another goal because vitoria need another 3! They have nothing too lose....

laid 1-1 pre game, those 4 or 5 sitters missed in few minutes 
santos were 2/5 i think, so you can prob guess from that
i think i remember seeing them about 15/1 ... not 100% sure...
