hapoel at 1.31 look a bit on the skinny side to me here...
aktobe hold a 1 goal lead from the 1st leg, all be it only being a penalty, but i dont think its inconceivable that they could score again in tel aviv, where the home side will obviously have to be more positive...whilst defensively, they have only conceded 9 goals in 10 away games in their league...which is over half way through now...so they appear to be fairly solid in defence, and fitness should be on their side...
i appreciate that hapoel should be fitter this time around, but as 1.31 shot, and judging by the tightness of the 1st leg, i think they are worth opposing...
how was the first leg? did hapoel dominate the game or were aktobe worthy of their 1-0 lead?
Hapoel generally always win at home against lower european opposition and even against the big boys they have had a feew good results over the years.

its one of the tough ones to call. Hapoel should win, the odds are about right. BUT, as they are losing from the first leg, there is no doubt that Aktobe will park the bus hoping to hold on for the 1-0. It could be a full rout of Hepoel score early in the game, but at the same time it could be frustrating game for them and end in a 1-0/2-0 towards the end of the game...
Games like these are tough to call beacuse you dont know the mindset off the opposition. I have no doubt Hapoel will win, but the scoreline could be anything from 1-0 to 5-0.
