£14 to borrow £100 for a couple of weeks isn't too bad, if you're really stuck. Cheaper than a £30 bank charge. There's no sense in judging the APR of loan with a 14 day term.

If it was 'completely irrelevant' they wouldn't be legally obliged to put the APR on the front page of the website. Though, to be fair to them, it can't be cheap to perform bank transfers in 15 minutes.
