ways of seeking revenge on people who have tucked you up for money?

what amount are we looking at? (yes, this is very relative to the type of revenge being sought)

Resigned 2 weeks ago, worked my week in hand notice, 4 12 hour night shifts away from home. Not got a fkn penny for it, reckons ive had to many holidays this year so its to cover for them, owed around £700

Book another appointment with him. The same scenario, a rough bumming behind the train station for £200.

Meet him again, hand the money over as usual. Then, when he tries to leg it again, have some mates waiting around the corner who will sort him out.

so a place of work screwed you over. Tricky one. If what they say is bullsh1t and you are entitled to the 700 quid, contact your local employments rights people. (would assume the UK is the same as Ireland) These sort of agency's are quite good at getting what your entitled to.

Threaten him and if he still doesn't give you the money then beat him up and torture him until he coughs up. Once he has coughed up give him another slap for having the cheek to try and rip you off. If he crosses you again kill his entire family.

when i rung him today, he laughed it off, said go to my union he has his arse covered through the small print in the contract, dont have much hope of getting the money i dont think, i know what i want to do but dont think it will be a sensible thing to do, because my old man still works for him as a foreman. Holidays usually run from April-April so if you have had 13 of 28 already then he may have a point unfortunately.

If it's 28 days holiday you get a eyar and you've taken 13 already I calculate you've taken 3.72 days too much holiday, as pro rata you'd have earned 9.72 days up til now.. no idea if that's any help but hey.

you are owed holidays pro rata it all depends when your holidays start, mine start in jan so if you had taken 13/28 that is just under 50% so you would have been owed the full amount of holidays you have taken and are still owed your wages. if your holidays start in april as a lot do then you have only had 33% of the holiday year so you should only have taken 11 holidays therefore by my calculations he would owe you two days pay which would be £350 a sum not to be scoffed at go to citizens advice you may have to take him to a tribunal which he won't be bothered with. forget the small print excuse that won't wash there are employment laws he has to go by. and don't think this can affect your dad as if he starts to treat him any different it's straight back to another tribunal. power to the people my friend stand up to him or he'll just do it to the next man!!

Anyways, sounds like the dudes in construction, so therefore, drives a big fcuk off car. Follow the fcuker some night and scratch the sh1t out of every panel on the car, should cost him a few quid
Other options include - wait til the cold frosty weather comes back in the Autumn. Some night, smear Vaseline all over the windscreen. Once that sh1t gets a certain low temperature, its never coming off.
Another option for now is some night, get a spray bottle (old windowleen style bottle) and fill with anti-freeze. Sneak onto his front lawn and write what ever words make you feel good on the grass with the spray. Now, sit back and wait for the sun to burn the grass, leaving the words very visible and very hard to get rid off

Yes, i have being occasionally caught out by people who thought they were being smart. Ive done some stuff to dumb fcuks, that, to this day, they cant figure out what happened. Most people want and expect a little violence as retribution.....dont give it too them. Plan you revenge and enjoy it.

my holidays are jan to jan, im so annoyed by his arrogance when i rang him this morning,, the way he laughed it off and challenged me to take it further, then called my dad imediately to tell him id been threatening him, the old man reckons he will get the lodge i payed off him but thats it, which is only £90 and that i should forget about it because the holidays are nearly correct, so i dont think i have a leg to stand on.

What annoys me more is he stood there next to me last thursday evening and wished me all the best in my job etc when deep down he knew he wasnt going to be paying me for being there that week, i travelled to manchester for the work and to give my week in hand, doing the correct thing get you fkn knowhere

then he owes you the full amount mate. i used to be a manager so know a little bit about this, don't let him push you around take him to a tribunal it will take time but you WILL get your money and it will end up costing him a lot more paying briefs etc there's your revenge all wrapped up

My mate's last employers threatened to take him to court over something similar. They claimed he owed them £80 almost in overpaid wages when it was the reverse, they owed him £75. They chased, chased and chased, so he threatened to take them to court if they didn't pay up after 6 months of them chasing him. A DAY LATER they got back, told him he was right and paid up. Funny that eh. Stick to your guns, don't let them try it on [;)]

print of some 'dodgy' porn and write a letter addressed to him from a made up name thanking him for his latest dvd's and requesting some more of the same. put the letter and 'dodgy' porn in an envelope.
before you post it tear the envelope so that the porn is very visible (and its nature is obvious).
now post the letter.
the postie will notice the nature of the porn and will contact the plod.
make sure you have not left any fingerprints or licked the back of the stamp or the envelope.

fwiw it sounds like he's taking you for a ride and hoping that you won't go to court over it - it's pretty standard.

if you go to court you'll probably win but he's banking on it not being worth the hassle. if you've got any other worthwhile dirt on how he runs the business then it's prob worth threatening to whistleblow

Very simple, quick and effective - empty a bottle of paint stripper/white spirits over the top of his range rover. Done in seconds and you are away. Is better if it has a sun roof. As was pointed out watch for CCTV. Will look like someone has thrown acid all over his jeep
