Wheres the value in this market ? Blackburn could do well, finished last season pretty strongly, Allardyce is a great manager but they havnt brought anyone yet which is a slight concern.
Sunderland are too short, Birmingham and Fulham cant expect to be so good again, West Ham if they spend could challenge, Stoke again are unlikely to be do so well again unless they buy a striker.
At the prices I think Blackburn are better value than West Ham

Can you bet each-way on this market? I quite like Blackburn, but I like another team at a bigger price.

Over-round for this market is 156% though so best to be very cautious
Zero value in that market whatsover, whoever formed that book should be utterly ashamed, you might as well stick your money in a roulette machine 
Rovers will struggle to make the top four of that group. Long season ahead
bolton for me...can see them going reasonably well this time around
