Technically forever.

Anything below zero degrees freezes bacteria and the build up of bacteria is what makes food perish.

However after so long even though the chicken would be perfectly good to eat, it would be mushy and not very appetising.

it should still be fine once it was frozen when fresh

wouldn't chance anything over a year though
